Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account password secure and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, reset your password immediately — this instantly ends any existing sessions.
Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and may change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to buy — we may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, in which case we'll let you know.
Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery. bKash may be offered as an additional payment method once available — where it's offered, payment is processed directly by bKash under their own terms.
Shipping
Shipping fees are ৳70 for deliveries within Dhaka division and ৳120 for all other divisions, free on orders of ৳2,000 or more after any discount. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Limitation of liability
